Dont even bother scheduling an appointment because no one will acknowledge you at the counter, and you'll be waiting behind 2 other families who had appointments HOURS before yours and they still hadn't been helped/acknowledged. WASTE of time.

Extremely understaffed. The employee working there at the time was doing their best for the volume of people that wanted their photos taken. Very unfair to not only the employee trying their hardest, but customers who come to have their photos taken and have to wait an hour because there is only one employee there to help. Management really needs to reconsider how they are staffing and fix it.

I had my pictures taken December 11th, 2021 at Greece Ridge Mall in New York. I never got my receipt,no order code number and I have no idea when my pictures will be ready. I understand your having an issue with the holidays and I'm okay with that,they weren't for the holidays. Now I have nothing to prove I payed for my pictures,no receipt. I'm very disappointed.
