We scheduled with JCPenney studio in Provo a month ago to have a family photo taken with 14 people in the group. Family members spent money on hair dressers, make-up and other items in preparation for this event, even taking time off work to be there. JCPenney studio called us less than 2 hours before our scheduled photo appointment to tell us that they were canceling the appointment because they couldn't hold a family of 14 in their studio. Photographer NO SHOW. We took the time off and drove all the way to the Provo Town center for our 2:30pm appointment and lights were out as if they were closed. The funny thing is I literally called yesterday and booked the appointment and they even sent a confirmation email.
We had pictures done twice in 4 months and this studio is going downhill. We had scheduled Christmas pics through their website on a Sunday. We showed up and found out the studio is closed on Sundays. Ended up waiting for 1 hour all dressed up and in high heels while very pregnant with a very active toddler in the mall for somebody to call us back and they never did. When they did end up calling me, we were told that they were "supposed to call us to reschedule, but I guess we didn't'. They made it right by offering us disco... read more
