Don’t bother scheduling an appointment. My experience was similar to many of the other reviews. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and have waited almost 2 hours at this point(and still waiting). There is no system here, just a bunch of people standing around. There is no sign that says check in so people will stand around for 10-20 minutes before realizing they need to “check in” then get placed in the back of the lineup regardless of appointment time.

The photographer took her time and didn’t rush us but the quality was terrible. We had our family Christmas photos done and the back ground was extremely wrinkled. It looked awful!!!! They acted like it was fine that the background looked like that. People are spending hundreds on photos and they were extremely lazy. I know it’s JC Penny and my expectations weren’t high but that is ridiculous.
