Firstly, the photographer was great. Harvey did a great job with our photos and I would recommend them. Again, that was not the issue. I had an appointment at 1:45 PM. I had arrived at 1:20PM to check in. We did not get seen for photos until 3:33 PM. The photo shoot went great, but for that time? Highly recommend working with another studio. Photos turned out great, but the wait was NOT acceptable.

We had a great family photo session. We have a family member with special needs and our photographer Brianna was extremely professional and accommodating. The photos she took were beautiful and it was a great experience overall.

Please read the reviews 1st. Jcpenny portrait studio. I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early and was told I couldn’t use my Groupon that I purchased online earlier that day because I had to wait 48 hours to use it after purchasing it, which I learned was not true. The new manager said, another lady tried to use it that day and it didn’t work. I asked about other promotions or sales they had going on and she told me they didn’t have any promotions and that I could use the value of my Groupon towards a package. Which ma... read more
