Had an excellent experience Dawn took care of me. I needed a headshot from my work. She made me feel very comfortable. It was quick and easy and then I’m looking forward to getting the digital prints.
I did a twin newborn photoshop . And dawn and Asia were incredible! They had so much patience and care . The photos came out so cute too . Thank you again . I’ll be back soon ❤️ They really took their time and helped me with the babies to make sure we got the right shots . If you have newborns book the shoot !
We came here for a pet session today and when I tried to do a bundle at the end the associate had no idea how to do it. The digital prints were $250 and the bundle was $250 so I obviously wanted to do the bundle. When we finished selecting the options for the bundle the total was $370ish. The girl looked at me and didn’t know how to fix it, blamed corporate and said “I just work here”. She said no supervisor was available to help. My nephew and his mother was 2mins late to his photo shoot appointment , the employees were very unprofessional , had them waiting in the lobby for 2 hours had all types of people go in front of her even new people that had no appointments , had my people feeling humiliated absolutely saddened by how they were treated if I could I’d leave no star , y’all made them pay 25 dollar for a no show fee and they definitely showed up to the appointment it was just 2mins late , OHH ALSO Santa being there was false advertisement ….
Absolutely awful customer service! Staff were very rude and unprofessional! Arrived literally 2 mins late to my appointment with my infant and the lady was very rude and said it would be a 30 minute wait. She then proceeded to have me and my infant sit for 2 HOURS and let everyone else go in front of us, including a 2:15 when ours was at 1:30… Would NOT recommend this location! After 2 hours of being fed up from waiting, I notified them this is a ridiculous situation, and that I am leaving and they proceeded to charge me $25... read more
