The worst experience ever had was in Montebello I did a group session thinking I will get the best quality photos, but I didn’t. The manager is unprofessional if a mistake has happened in her end she’ll try to offer you two 10 x 13 photos and wave off your session fee, which is clearly nothing you can get this online with a coupon whoever trained Nikita needs to retrain her and her staff. I had a very bad experience with jersey penny in a whittier, the manager told me by the phone 1 price for digital photos which was 130 dollars,but when I came she said the price is 190 dollars, also I was waiting more then 45 minutes, I left and don’t want do photoshoot in their studio anymore. At the end they also charged me 25 dollars for cancelation which wasn't a cancelation, they are just want take more people in last minute, and tell different people different prices ,I am disappointed in this place, and would not reco... read more
