My 4-year-old daughter had a birthday photo appointment scheduled for Thursday, July 31st. I took time away from my studies and caring for my other children (one of whom is currently sick) to bring her, traveling over an hour to the studio. My husband also left work early to watch our other kids, resulting in lost income. We arrived at the studio at 6:03 PM for a 6:00 PM appointment. Scheduled an appointment on line. Get a call, I have to reschedule you from. 1 30 to 4 00, like what the hell. The schedule on line was wide open but because they take Pets the first appointment it shoves everything back by at least 30 minutes and you can only guess how many hours are shoved back by the end of the day. What a joke.
Quite possibly the worst photo experience ever! Had an appointment for 2:45, at 3;50 they still hadn’t got to us. Every employee there looked completely lost! No organization at all. Not the place to come if you have small children who dont like to wait around while the employees decide who’s taking photos and who’s “selling photos” Absolutely ridiculous!! Do not recommend to anyone!
