Terrible experience, photographer wasn’t even trying to get my child engaged (had little to no patience) and the pictures came out terrible. Lopsided photos, you could see the clips and the wall in the background, also the setup was very rushed and unprofessional.
I want to start by saying that the employees were genuinely kind and helpful; this review is no reflection on them whatsoever. They are clearly caught in an unfair position, taking the brunt of customer frustration caused by a corporate pricing structure that is completely dishonest. The core issue is how inaccurate the pricing is depicted online. Tuesdae was wonderful! We came in to get some pictures of 4 generations of women in the family. The newest being only 6 days old. She took some awesome newborn pics, as well as pics with all 4 of us, and pics of baby and mom. She was very quick and efficient. We used a Groupon, but will definitely be back for holiday photos and other occasions :)
My 4-year-old daughter had a birthday photo appointment scheduled for Thursday, July 31st. I took time away from my studies and caring for my other children (one of whom is currently sick) to bring her, traveling over an hour to the studio. My husband also left work early to watch our other kids, resulting in lost income. We arrived at the studio at 6:03 PM for a 6:00 PM appointment.
