I have been to JCPENNEY portraits a few times and it’s always gone well. However, taking a baby poses challenges and I was hoping for at least 3 good pictures. Ryder did so well with my very active one year old, that I had to purchase all of my digitals. Our time got pushed back as they were very busy, and they were very sincere and apologetic. Personally, I will probably choose a weekday next time, as that’s what I had done previously and it busy at all.

All the bad reviews are true. Specially the store manager that wear an earring, he is terrible. Don’t go to this location.

I booked a session months in advance while at the studio I was told I will be able to use a Groupon . Once the day came for my appointment I was told I could not use a Groupon for my pictures since it’s a theme and that they are loosing money because of this and spoke badly about their coworkers . I then asked would I be able to take regular pictures I was then told they have other people coming and did not want to change the background . I been here 3 times priors no issues but this will definitely be my last time .

If I could give 0 stars I would! From the moment we walked in, there was no hospitality. We were skipped and another non ethnic family was greeted and checked in before we were acknowledged. When we finally got called for our session it was 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment. We were told to go to the back and that our photographer was ready. I’m extremely disappointed with how JCPenney’s management handled my recent refund issue. After their system crashed during my transaction, I was told the refund would be processed once everything was back up. Days later, nothing had been resolved. I reached out multiple times, but the managers I dealt with didn’t seem interested in helping.
