Ethan was an amazing photographer! We had an appointment for February 28th at 11:45 that was just not showing up in the system. He was very kind, patient, and got it worked out for us. He took pictures of my two daughters individually and a few together and they just laughed the entire time. He truly made it such a fun experience. He was so fun to work with and very good at his job. This was by far are best and most fun experience taking pictures here.

The experience at the store was good and the staff was friendly. However, the digital photos are delivered in low quality via Shutterfly. If you want high quality prints you must order them from JCPenney Portraits. Also, it's not really JCPenney. It's Lifetouch / Shutterfly / Snapfish operating under the JCPenney name.

I need to put carpet on my wall and do it myself. I'd do a better job than this kid. His fingernails scared the children.

We found a great deal on a photo package from JCP. We easily set the appt. The photographer asked what our expectations were. We just wanted a basic session in anticipation for a canvas portrait. We approved the package and were completely satisfied. It only took a week to receive our photo package by mail. We will most likely come back in the future.

Paula was an excellent photographer! I've never had such a positive experience and I've tried a lot of professional photography services. She leaned into the type of photos we wanted, had her own concepts and some inspo photos, and every image turned out perfect.
