Seriously, the worst photos. Only 15 minutes for a baby and a 2.5 year old and they couldn’t get a great photo with either of them. I will not come back here. I also got there early at 10am and they took our photos 25 minutes late.. babies have to nap so of course he wasn’t as happy as he would’ve been.
Overall our experience was great! Zach was amazing! He was interactive, genuine, patient, and has the best customer service! So when y’all go ask for Zach! The place is very tucked away in the corner on the top floor, so come at least 15-30 mins early before your appointment to find the place.
This place is extremely unprofessional. Talk about using the worse sales tactics I had a very frustrating experience at JCPenney Photography at Barton Creek. I booked a family photo session online during a Black Friday promotion and arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told the promotion was no longer valid. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in for the Holiday Special deal but was told by the shop manager, Shane, that the promotion was not being honored. The price he quoted for the standard package was significantly higher and did not match any prices listed on the menu. A female employee eventually assisted us and confirmed the correct promotional pricing. The manager's conduct regarding pricing felt misleading and led to an unnecessary confrontation. Both Shane and Angela were absolutely amazing! Angela guided us through wonderful poses that fit our vision while Shane made the photo selection process so comfortable.
