Came in to do a family photo shoot and felt the pressure of getting the right photos under 15 minutes with 2 little ones. Cole was very professional and patient with my family in the process. Shayne stepped in to help guide and assist with poses making the experience less stressful and was so awesome and patient with my children. He also had great energy and an amazing sense of humor. Completely brighten up the experience! I plan on coming back to continue adding more memories to my family album. Thank you Cole and Shayne!

We got there at 11.15am for a 12noon appointment. We were delayed till 12.15pm and could only do 5 mins because we had another appointment. The older white man in the Barton creek location slotted in another white person who missed his 11am appointment in the 11.30 no-show slot and kept sliding people in. On top of that he was rude and unapologetic Alea tried her best to make the situation better but the older guy at the Barton creek location enjoyed being rude.

Seriously, the worst photos. Only 15 minutes for a baby and a 2.5 year old and they couldn’t get a great photo with either of them. I will not come back here. I also got there early at 10am and they took our photos 25 minutes late.. babies have to nap so of course he wasn’t as happy as he would’ve been.

Overall our experience was great! Zach was amazing! He was interactive, genuine, patient, and has the best customer service! So when y’all go ask for Zach! The place is very tucked away in the corner on the top floor, so come at least 15-30 mins early before your appointment to find the place.
