Photographer didn’t show to my outdoor session, no one answering phones to get it taken care of
JCPenney Portraits absolutely nailed it with our family photos! Our Father’s Day photoshoot and the magical Fairy Forest photoshoot turned out so freaking beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My daughter refused to smile but Reyven managed to still get some adorable pictures of my 3 year old.
Not satisfied with the service. Paid for a full digital album only to have key family photos missing and being told that’s what it is. The photographer did not have any poses for us and didn’t really direct us. The pictures were okay but would not recommend and paid over $130 for some digital pictures.
