I worked with Sophia at JCPenney Portraits for my professional headshots, and I strongly recommend her. She did a fantastic job. I was nervous about having my photo taken, and she helped me alleviate my anxiety right away. She was calm, confident, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. My family came in last appointment of the day for my baby’s newborn shoot. Baby was fussy but Gonzalo was so patient and relaxing and GREAT with the baby. He made suggestions, used hand sanitizer, and always asked me before handling the baby. The shots he got were incredible. My family and I will most definitely be back and will always ask for him. Booked an appointment at 2:30, waited over an hour to take our pictures. Very unprofessional. Did not set any expectations on wait time or give us a call to let us know they are behind on their appointments. Do yourself a favor & just hire a photographer. You will save time & money.

This is the 4th year we’ve done Christmas photos at JCP and this experience was a massive disappointment. We have two children under the age of three and in the past have always been grateful for the effort put forth by the photographers to capture our kids’ attention and keep them engaged. The photographer this year made no effort, no toys, no bells, nothing to maintain their gaze at the camera like in years past.
