Booked an appointment at 2:30, waited over an hour to take our pictures. Very unprofessional. Did not set any expectations on wait time or give us a call to let us know they are behind on their appointments. Do yourself a favor & just hire a photographer. You will save time & money.
This is the 4th year we’ve done Christmas photos at JCP and this experience was a massive disappointment. We have two children under the age of three and in the past have always been grateful for the effort put forth by the photographers to capture our kids’ attention and keep them engaged. The photographer this year made no effort, no toys, no bells, nothing to maintain their gaze at the camera like in years past. Gonzalo is wonderful! Took time to see what I wanted out of my headshots beforehand and discussed backdrop colors that would be best and complement my outfit choices. I also really like that he reviewed some photos during the shoot so that I could adjust hair, clothing, etc and not waste time on photos I wouldn't use. Got 3 looks done in about 15-20 minutes.
