If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I had my maternity photos taken over a month ago. These photos were incredibly meaningful to my family, as this is our first child after four years of infertility, and they were the only professional photos we planned to take during my pregnancy. To date, I have received only one image. I have called multiple times seeking an update, but no one has been able to provide a solution. Natasha was our photographer and she was awesome!!
Had the worst experience should have gone to a different location in PA instead. Natasha was the photographer she was limited in photo poses suggestions. I asked if I can take another pose because the pose she recommended didn’t come out right. She agreed but remained quite didn’t suggest anything. Won’t be returning to this location. By the looks of it seems like this location isn’t the best. Based on the reviews should have checked the reviews first.
DO NOT GET YOURSELF ROBBED. We spend over $200 just to receive one 10x13 print when we picked a whole package. That is so wrong to steal people’s hard earned.
