I must respectfully disagree with the negative reviews this studio receives. Initially, I was apprehensive due to the reviews before our family session with Allyson, but she proved to be excellent with our 1-year-old toddler. Her friendly demeanor and eagerness to provide exceptional service were evident throughout the session. Allyson was efficient and knowledgeable about her craft. Terrible service. Photos have not delivered and it's been a month. Also, the digital photo album with a coupon was the same as 2 physical photos, but they didn't tell me that while I was in store, so I ordered the physical photos. Then, I had to call over 6 customer services numbers, go physically to the post office, and I still have not received my photos. I have never had a worse customer service experience. Do NOT take your photos here, or at any JCPenney, if you ever want to get your pictures.

I called the morning of my evening appointment to cancel and RESCHEDULE since I was stuck at the airport due to multiple delays with my flight. I was still charged a $25 fee. I guess I should have read the many negative reviews before even scheduling an appointment.

We had a super disappointing experience. We were recommended to this specific location after a friend had a positive experience a few weeks ago. We had a 3:45pm appointment, and weren't called back to have our pictures taken until close to 5pm. There was ZERO communication regarding them being backed up, or having a wait.
