Great experience with Stacy. Great value with Groupon. Stacy went above and beyond with keeping our toddler engaged
Canceled my appointment while giving me directions this place is a joke
The photographer was great, however customer service afterwards has been an absolute nightmare. I never received a link to view and purchase my pictures and when I call the phone number provided for the portrait studio at the opened times available there is no one to take my call. I’ve called two days in a row now and no one can seem to answer the phone or respond to an email. This is unacceptable and I will definitely not be going back to JCPenney portraits in the future after this experience.
We had our newborn session done at the jc Penny portraits in Westminster and we were absolutely blown away by how amazing it was! We were paired with Stacy the photographer and she did a fantastic job with our 2 week old. She is so patient with the newborn and she has an amazing creative flair for the photos! We had no idea what to expect with our session and we could not believe how wonderful they turned out. Stacy is the absolute best photographer. She was so professional, polite, creative, and overall a wonderful person! ... read more
Stacy was amazing. Our fantasy football punishment has never been so successful!
