The photographer was great, however customer service afterwards has been an absolute nightmare. I never received a link to view and purchase my pictures and when I call the phone number provided for the portrait studio at the opened times available there is no one to take my call. I’ve called two days in a row now and no one can seem to answer the phone or respond to an email. This is unacceptable and I will definitely not be going back to JCPenney portraits in the future after this experience.
We had our newborn session done at the jc Penny portraits in Westminster and we were absolutely blown away by how amazing it was! We were paired with Stacy the photographer and she did a fantastic job with our 2 week old. She is so patient with the newborn and she has an amazing creative flair for the photos! Stacy was our photographer at the Westminster location and we were a 9 person group. Stacy was so good at moving us from configuration to configuration. Allowing us to get both earnest photos and campy photos which is exactly what we wanted. She understood our expectations, was a great leader and kept the energy flowing. We had fun and the vibes were high. Great experience.
I had such a wonderful experience with JCPenney Portraits, and I can’t recommend them enoug especially our photographer, Josh! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to what we wanted.
