Honestly could not have asked for a better experience at the JCP photo studio! We went in to get some serious and some cheesy Christmas photos with our dog, Stacy was our photographer and she did such an amazing job. Ellie is not always the easiest photo subject as she is pretty excited and won’t sit still, but Stacy was so patient and got some amazing photos of us. I had such a great experience at JCPenney Portraits thanks to Jonetta. We arrived about 30 minutes late, and she was still incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming. She never rushed us, made us feel comfortable, and had such a sweet attitude the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I’m so grateful for her professionalism and kindness highly recommend asking for her
