I booked last-minute holiday photos at JCPenney hoping it would be a reliable option, but unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. While a few photos turned out decent, the overall service was unprofessional and lacking. The photographer offered almost no guidance or help at all. La peor experiencia. No les recomiendo que vayan ahí ahórrense el dinero aparte de ser caro quieren tomarte toda una sesión familiar con una bebé y en 15 min, ni que fuera foto para pasaporte. No te deja ver las fotos hasta el final, ella elige las fotos que te vas a llevar y todo es tan rápido que al final miras que la camisa está doblada que el vestido está mal o el cabello o la pose sales chueco etc… horrible experience $235 por “15” fotos digitales que salieron horribles no te dice si está tu camisa mal o sales con la ca... read more
Customer service was a 1 star. All employees were just walking around looking they were busy. There was only 1 cashier yet with all these employees around.
