I know it is difficult to take baby photos, so we booked an extended session on a day when there were not appointments before or after ours. We got there 10 minutes before our scheduled time, and we were told that they were running behind. We waited over an hour, and by the time they were ready for us, my child was exhausted. We had to leave without getting any photos.

Almost everything went wrong during my session, they stated this has been going on for a while… they should close until the situation is fixed, so they don’t make another family go through this. Regret going to this location.

Disappointing. Clunky online software for scheduling. Also staff at location need more training-wrong photos ordered and session was tedious

Richard was absolutely FANTASTIC. We had a few issues with our photos the first time around with a different photographer and he kindly brought us in for a redo and a wonderful experience. You could tell he has a great eye for photography. The set-up was artistically placed and he did a great job engaging with my puppy. The pictured were magical and a great way to mark my puppy’s four-month birthday. Thank you Richard, we’ll definitely be coming back and requesting your skills again!

I have taken my baby here every month since his newborn shoot and a few family portraits in between. The first few could have been better, but the quality of has improved so much since Richard has taken over as manager. Even when it seems like the shoot didn’t go great they always manage to capture the best pictures. Everyone is so friendly and you cannot beat the quality for the price. They are very affordable and have amazing deals when you sign up for their membership. I highly recommend.
