on the Grand Canyon JCPenny portraits there is this guy taking pictures he is not a photographer. and it was the worst experience his job is so mediocre and so unprofessional the session was for my 1st year baby and we where rushed out. my baby was not even difficult he didn't cry at all and we did all the work like sitting him, making him smile, posing him. He was just taking his mediocre pictures. I told the other girl that was there about our experience and she just tried to justify him.
This is the second time we have had the pleasure of having Chloe take our son’s third and fourth birthday pictures. She is always so helpful and so nice and the pictures always turned out perfect. Thank you again Chloe for creating these perfect memories for our son’s birthday!
I came to this jc penny portrait instead of meadows mall this year thinking it would be a great experience. Oh boy was I wrong the young man who was the camera guy and the young woman. Who was his assistant were very rude and unprofessional. Not only were the photos not that great they rushed us through the session. I selected the last slot at 6pm and it only took us 35 min to get our group photos done. I understand everyone wants to go home after a long day but you shouldn't take it out on your customer.
