great experience end to end. we had a large family portrait extended session. our photographer was kind, patient and had great direction for our big group. we will definitely be back again for more portraits!

I recently went to JCPenney Portraits for graduation photos, and I was very happy with both the results and the service I received. I never received a review survey by email, so I wanted to leave a review here to recognize the staff. Both photographers were wonderful, but Shelley R. was especially amazing. She assisted my mother and me in selecting the best photos and helped edit different collages for us to choose from. on the Grand Canyon JCPenny portraits there is this guy taking pictures he is not a photographer. and it was the worst experience his job is so mediocre and so unprofessional the session was for my 1st year baby and we where rushed out. my baby was not even difficult he didn't cry at all and we did all the work like sitting him, making him smile, posing him. He was just taking his mediocre pictures. I told the other girl that was there about our experience and she just tried to justify him.
