Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. The only reason for giving the one is due to the manager actually allowing us to reschedule. However, I absolutely did NOT enjoy the experience. I understand that the slot is only for 15 minutes, BUT the pictures were very RUSHED. He did not do a good job with anything: positioning, creativity or with giving suggestions/advice. I would have given 0 stars if I could. We had family Christmas photos scheduled for 10:45, we arrived and there was only 1 person working and a massive family having their photos taken. We were 5 minutes early and waiting for our appointment. No one acknowledged we were standing there waiting for 15 minutes, as another family came and, essentially, took our place in line. You’d be better off giving your toddler your phone to take your family photos. I mean that in all honesty, great customer service and hospitality but in terms of photography quality I couldn’t say something nice if I genuinely sat down and thought for days, months, potentially years. Total came out to $130 for the digital package which was after the discount and in the heat of the moment your thinking “wow jeeze these came out phenomenal” then you get back home after purchasing realizing dang I was hustled. My sister was visiting and we decided to do the fun JCPenney photos. The experience was great!! We laughed the whole time, the photographer did a phenomenal job suggesting, and helping to get the right poses.

Went there last Sunday for family photos. There were no mirrors, we were not notified of how our hair , clothes looked ect. Poses and hand placements could have been better. Felt rushed without being rushed when it came down to viewing the pics...they were on a computer monitor so you cant really see the flaws until after you buy the pics. They need a better display of your pics so you can see them clearly.
