JCPenny Portraits is the place to go for great pics and fun! The staff was so helpful in our fantasy football league fun we had. My brother Mitch had to get professional headshots taken at JCPenny Portraits in a full ballerina outfit. The staff was incredibly helpful and joined in our fun! They even promised to post a few of the best photos online and asked if Mitch would come to another location for more pics! I hope they respond and invite him for another session! Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. The only reason for giving the one is due to the manager actually allowing us to reschedule. However, I absolutely did NOT enjoy the experience. I understand that the slot is only for 15 minutes, BUT the pictures were very RUSHED. He did not do a good job with anything: positioning, creativity or with giving suggestions/advice. I would have given 0 stars if I could. We had family Christmas photos scheduled for 10:45, we arrived and there was only 1 person working and a massive family having their photos taken. We were 5 minutes early and waiting for our appointment. No one acknowledged we were standing there waiting for 15 minutes, as another family came and, essentially, took our place in line.
