I’ve called 3 times to schedule a reshoot since the first one went poorly and I haven’t heard back.

Update: got my digital album and soooo many pictures are blurry If I could rate this experience 0/5 I would. Upon arrival for our 6:45 appointment we were told they were running a little behind. A little….they meant a lot. We went into the room one hour past our appointment time. At this point my toddler had lost his patience and the baby was ready to go to sleep. We had a great experience. Had an appointment walked in abd checked in and they had us in the room smiling within 10 mins of arrival. Fast and to the point. Made it easy with buying options on packages and they turned out perfect for our christmas cards
