Josh was great and we got exactly what we asked for. We told him the backgrounds and pictures we wanted, and he listened to our requests. Not only that, but he was very patient and kind working with our 1 year old. He explained to us the best deal for our money, and didn’t pressure us into buying what we couldn’t afford. We will definitely be back for more pictures!

I’ve had a mixed experience with JCPenney Portraits, mainly due to one photographer, Amber. For my daughter’s first birthday session, Amber took the photos. They weren’t terrible, but they also weren’t great, just okay. I decided to give the studio another chance and came back for Halloween pictures. That time, I had a different photographer (a male photographer), and he did an amazing job. Update: got my digital album and soooo many pictures are blurry If I could rate this experience 0/5 I would. Upon arrival for our 6:45 appointment we were told they were running a little behind. A little….they meant a lot. We went into the room one hour past our appointment time. At this point my toddler had lost his patience and the baby was ready to go to sleep.
