Amazing experience! We had 7 kids photographed and our photographer Juliana was so nice and extremely patient!
Very disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. It was impossible to actually schedule the photo shoot via phone so we were forced to do it online. When scheduling it it didn’t say the time frame of the photo shoot so we just assumed it was 30 ish minutes like the last time we did a photo shoot there. The photographer was late and then needed to use the restroom and get a drink.. then 3 times during the photoshoot he paused to say how little time we had and just stopped taking photos to tell us this. I recently went in to take Christmas pictures with my son and they staff was nice! Yes, they were super busy but as a person who works retail it’s understanding how busy it can get around the holidays and especially being short staffed. Juliana took amazing pictures, very kind, and such a sweet person!:)
This was our third visit to this photo studio in the past year, and couldn't be more happy with our photos! Dawn is the photographer you should ask for. She is the BEST! I don't think she can take a bad photo. She is so talented and is excellent with kids! She is such a hard worker! We have had the privilege to get her twice now! I will absolutely be booking my next visit with her! Her photography skills are just superior!
