Had a 130pm appointment and told we had to wait 45 min and it is first come first serve. Existing appointments should come before walk ins.made up for it with discounts.

My husband and 4 kids went to get photos done for Christmas and ones for ourselves.. we took time to get ready we walk in 10 minutes before our scheduled time..No greet, no hello, no smiles they were in pajamas not professional looking at all. They seemed very bothered We showed up before our scheduled time and stayed an hour and 15 min waiting!!!!!...we left. I came here to get pictures with my mom. Pj was wonderful. I really thought she brought out our great side with those pictures. Our appointment was quick and to the point but very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

It's was ok. The guy didn't really do much it was all me directing and making the suggestions and bringing stiff to get my kids attention
