Val did great with both toddlers we brought in. Our family photos came out great, and she’s a really sweet and patient person. I’d recommend Val any day.

Worst experience possible. While Nichole was slightly polite she was unbelievably pushy and rushed me. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment after she had prepped the room she rushed me in. As soon as I got into a pose she snapped a photo leaving me off guard and not prepared to smile. I asked to retake multiple times. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. My appointment was at 3:45pm and did not get pictures taken until 5:00pm and you still have to wait 45-1hr for you to get your pictures. The photographer kept telling us not to smile in our pictures when we clearly wanted to smile in the pictures. Also Tara the studio manager is very rude and unprofessional in person & on the phone. I even saw her arguing with a customer in the store and laughed about it after they left. I would not recommend coming here.

Despite being incredibly busy , the staff were amazing and very lively . Our photographer was super nice and gave us fun and cute poses without making us feel rushed. The manager Tara was incredibly helpful and made my experience very enjoyable.
