Won’t be a returning customer. Pros: Dirt cheap. Cons: You get what you pay for. Inflexible and ill-informed staff. All five of our photo shoot experiences were frustrating ordeals.
Val was wonderful with our newborn! She also did a great job taking natural family photos of our group of four. She provided us with a range of choices for poses, edits and backgrounds. She was very personable and professional during our session. Thanks so much!
Initially booked an appointment for 12:15 pm, without any phone call, the studio, without reaching out, sent me a text rescheduling my appointment for 12:45. We arrived at the studio at 12:47, our bad completely. However once we arrived, Tara, sat behind the desk for probably 2 minutes handling personal business about an “event” she was hoping to do sooner than Tuesday and was excited that maybe she would be able to do it later today (Friday). We was rushed only for the photographer just to have an appointment at 3pm and charged an extra fee. Paid the fee only for her to have an attitude about what I am saying to my family I am going to complain to corporate because my photos are not right. I think y’all should hire help I don’t need to hear you the only one. What happened to loving what you do. And making people smile
JCPenney Portraits Greenwood Park Mall JCPenney first of all I’m never the type to get on Social Media & blast anyone especially businesses but the JCP Portraits studio in greenwood park mall is TRASH! literally got rushed through my entire session because the photographer started late. I was scheduled at 5:45 and didn’t start until around 6:15! Not only that I have a 6 month old and a 5 year old that were getting anxious because we started 30 minutes past our session time!
