Really bad experience today. I’m shocked at how business is ran here. Sounds like corporate setting unrealistic goals for these JCPenney portrait stores. I was offered to pay for a bundle at $400? We had a wonderful experience! This is one of the last mall photo studios left in the bay area. It's nice just having somewhere to go take professional photos without having to research private photographers online and call around for pricing.

Purchase pictures last Friday have yet to receive the digital download after calling and emailing both Shutterfly and JCPenney portraits, I have yet to receive any actual help to get my $300 plus worth of pictures. JCPenney’s has given no help or support other than saying to call customer support at Shutterfly and that they cannot do anything. Do not go here if you are expecting to receive your photos without these issues. The price way to high anyways.

Took our six month old son to get his portraits taken and had a horrible experience. The people working here are kids that have no desire to be there, and it shows in their work. They sped through with zero patience and no attempt to get our son’s attention. Only two of the twenty-five photos taken turned out decent. The rest were blurry, had bad lighting, or bad framing. Paid $130 for a bunch of pictures that are much worse than the ones we’ve taken with our iPhones. We didn’t even end up getting the photos from Shutterfly ... read more
