2nd try's a charm! Our usually-cheerful 1-year-old was fussy and clingy the original day of his photos...resulting in not great results, in spite of the photographer's best efforts. Not wanting to spend more time/money rescheduling, I decided to buy the photos and call it done...but after submitting a survey conveying my disappointment in the results, Denise, the studio manager reached out offering a free retake of the photos (with her, instead of our original photographer). Please don’t go here. I had the worst experience. I came here on my birthday which is today, to take graduation photos. I booked the extended session because I knew I would want an outfit change and had props. They asked if I could arrive 15 minutes early so they could set up my banner. When I arrived at the studio, I was not greeted. The two ladies at the front were having their own little conversation. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Denise at the JCPenney Portrait Studio! She is beyond amazing — incredibly talented, kind, and patient. Denise has been capturing photos of our son Micah since he was just 1 month old — and now, at 3.5 years old, she continues to amaze us with every session.
