My daughter recently went to JCPenney in Alpharetta to have a headshot taken. The website advertised the price as $15, but when she arrived, the amount she was charged was significantly higher. I feel the pricing should have been made clear upfront before the pictures were taken. Customers should not arrive expecting one price based on the website and then be surprised by a much higher charge. We had a pretty bad experience here. We arrived early as directed only to find we were double booked with another family. We weren’t greeted till about 15min after our appointment time where we waited an additional 30min to be seen. Our photographer was Spencer. It really felt like it was the first time Spencer has ever interacted with another human.
