Great experience at the studio. The staff was highly professional. They answered all my questions and made some great recommendations for backgrounds. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this place.
Came for a cringy sibling photoshoot and had an absolute blast! Sidney made our experience next level by going the extra mile to make sure we had fun and got the photos we wanted. She was very excited about our ideas and laughed along with us. Absolutely a fantastic experience from start to finish! Thank you again, Sidney!

Worst customer service ever. Booked a maternity shoot at 11:30 am, online. Got there around 11:15, the place looks closed. Talked to a JC Penney staff member and manager and they took my info down and apologized for no one being there. Waited in my car for an hour, calling them non stop and still no response. Yet, I got charged a “no show fee” when I was in fact there, on time, and didn’t even get my pictures taken. It’s 1:30 pm and they still haven’t answered my phone calls.
