My sister and both our boyfriends came in for a fun photo shoot and Abby was absolutely stellar. She was helpful, professional, was great at providing directions and made us all so comfortable. We would recommend Abby to anyone. Thank you Abby! We wish you the best 2024 has to offer!
i’ve always wanted to take pictures at JCP portraits, and i was not disappointed! the only reason i’m giving it 4 stars is because my appointment was at 11:45 and they ran about 25 minutes over. normally this wouldn’t really bother me, but i got in a big argument w/ my boyfriend about being on time prior to the shoot, and if i had known it wouldn’t be strictly at 11:45 that probably wouldn’t have been an issue LOL (sorry carson, thanks for the mall pretzel bites). here’s my expert recommendation: get the photo groupon for li... read more
I am so happy with our photos. They look amazing. Thank you Abi, our photographer for your patience and kindness. And thanks to the rest of the staff! Seems like a great team of people working there.
My brother, partner and I went mid November for a 90s style, silly Christmas card photo shoot. We got to our appointment early and our shoot began early too; our photographer Taylor was kind, creative, and made the whole process so fun. Our only complaint is that pricing is not openly posted or easy to find and JCP packages are very expensive. We opted to order Christmas cards versus a digital print and ended up with a great deal, but be mindful before committing of how much you are willing to spend.
WOW! Our photoshoot exceeded my expectations -- engaging, friendly, and helpful staff (shoutout to Abi our photographer and Pooja for helping with a minor edit/request!), super quick turnaround with getting the pics, and great quality! It was such a fun experience that we are already planning for the next session :D
