Two days before Christmas and the studio was packed. People were running behind. But our photographer Cori was AMAZING! Even through frustrated customers and long waits (that were not her fault at all!) she handled everything with grace and kindness and stayed calm. I don’t know how she did it! She even worked her magic and got the youngest kiddos to smile. Her photos turned out to be the best family photos we’ve taken. A huge shout out to all of her patience. This woman deserves a raise and a promotion!
Have had lots of photos done here and they turn out great. He really takes the time to capture the perfect photos.
We have paid for "professional photos" on several occasions through independent folks, with mixed experiences (from excellent 👍👍 to "mehh" 🫳🫴🫳) and were very pleasantly surprised by our experience at JCPenney Portrait Studio this afternoon. WOW! I would not be more dissatisfied and disappointed. This was such a disgrace to my time and money. I just got done spending $300 for a 15 min unedited photo session and canvas with a long leash smack in the middle. My iPhone takes the same picture AND has BETTER editing features. They refuse to fix the pictures or reimburse for the item not wanted due to their lack in quality. I felt extremely rushed during pictures with my pet. I had to come back to the store multiple times.
