I want to start by saying the photographer was AMAZING!!!! My review isn’t based on our experience with the photographer, it’s about the two women at the front and the business overall. We scheduled a children's photoshoot for our son. Our appointment time was 5:30pm. We arrived at 5:20 and there was a family of about 15 still taking pictures. Went here for Christmas pictures and the pictures weren’t too bad. However, we got called to our session more than a few minutes later than our scheduled time and it seemed like our session was pretty rushed by the photographer. Some of the photos you could tell that we had JUST positioned in the pose for the picture, no time to fix posture or touch up. Rushed photo session, but decent photos. Welp I will never go here. I called to reschedule my appointment since my toddler is sick. The lady on the phone told me to go into the store to cancel or reschedule.. I let her know my son is sick and that is not ideal and I’d like to reschedule over the phone. Long story short she simply would not reschedule my appointment because she didn’t have time to bother.. because Santa is there and she would cancel the appointment and not reschedule … well I won’t be rescheduling at all. Nora was amazing with my little baby girl! This places is awesome! We will definitely be back and make the drive from Huntsville because of the pricing and customer service!!
Not sure if the woman just wasnt experienced but she really didnt know how to pose us. She seemed nervous and really didnt know what was going on.
