After having a nightmare at the albany location 2 days in a row, Robin was able to help set me up and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to turn this situation around. She set my family and I up with Teyah who was AMAZING!!!! My one year old was not in the mood for photos and she was not only attentive, but quick and precise, she got the most amazing photos and provided the best customer service. Our experience with our pets was so very wonderful. They were accommodating and spent time loving on them so it was easier getting and holding attention for the camera. Love that the digital prints allowed us to personalize after we left the studio and the process was so simple. The photographer and assistants were super friendly and bubbly. We will definitely return again!
We had a great photoshoot with Chelsea. She was accomodating, friendly and did well on taking our photos. This is our second time and we will definitely come back and recommend them.
Needed headshots asap. Made a next day appointment and had the files the same day. $15 sitting fee+$80 for three best shots files. Photographer was great. I was in and out in under a half an hour.
