A little ridiculous to wait more than 30 minutes after the time we booked before we started our session. Especially when we were told there was only 1 session before us when we arrived. It made it hard to keep our baby happy while waiting.
The lady was rushing, she was rude, she made a four year old cry, she admitted to snapping at her, she was very unprofessional and she didn’t take time to explain the process and the prices are high for a 15 minute session. She was rushing and unpleasant.
Went in for a business portrait to level up my LinkedIn page. Carolyn was amazing from start to finish, made the photo session fun, and made me look great. 10/10 would do again!
They are amazing and do great with children!
She did a great job getting all my grand kids to take a nice pic
