I use to bring my kids here 3 times a year and it was wonderful. However, they have a new manager and she is terrible. Over the last 3 years, you book online, someone always calls and asks for you to come in earlier. If you say no, they will cancel the appointment. The website says you can book 7:00pm appointments, not true, Holyoke will cancel it. Whatever time you schedule, they will call you and ask you to go in early, if you do, you will wait for 2 hours, asking yourself why was I called in early when there are 4 familie... read more

Didnt like the pictures they took. They do such a poor job at taking pictures.

I have taken my kids to the holyoke mall location for 10 years. It used to be great. Well staffed and friendly. Unfortunately all the core staff is gone (I don't blame them for moving on) and the studio is now left with a new manager and staff. There are no longer any "real" photographers on staff. This has turned into a point and shoot business. Meaning they hirer under qualified employees, some out of high school, pay them minimum wage and train them in hours to point and frame the picture. My mom and I come from Taunton and Dartmouth MA, so it's not just a quick trip. I decided to book here rather than closer to home since the reviews were on the better side. We were a half hour late due to 3 and 5 year olds being 3 and 5 year olds... they had the fire alarm go off anyway . Mariah was so amazing and understanding . Everyone says they felt rushed in the reviews, i dont think it's necessarily that, it just seems like the flow if that makes sense. photos came out sooo good and we will be back!
