Caleb is the best photographer ever! We had 12 people and he was so patient and kind. He took all of our photos for us and was just fabulous!!!!
Used to be great, then became good, and has recently become absolutely not worth the money. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Had confirmation e-mail and text showing appointment, yet their systems did not. Clearly a system issue, yet Caleb, the supposed on-duty manager, decided he didn't want to deal with it. The place is good, the photographer and the Manager are friendly. But the quality of pictures and the way they photograph you is awful! ALL pictures were taken without analyzing, thinking or even observing our pose or reactions. They were all amateur! Anyways, the photographer is a novice though and she was so tired that even doesn't want to give attention to details.
