Jason did a fantastic job. Took alot of pics and they turned out great for my son first birthday. We were running behind and he was still able to get us situated, thanks again for everything and keep up the great work
Our photographer was Bella she greeted us kindly and had patience with our 5 month old daughter. We appreciate her making us feel confortable and not rushed. She guided us through each pose and did great getting my daughter to focus on looking at the camera. If you come to the south lake location for photos i recommend choosing her for your experience. I will definitely be booking with her for our anual family photos again.
We had a great experience at our family photo shoot a few weeks ago. Bella, the photographer, was very patient and helped to capture some great shots of the family. She did a good job of engaging with 3 small children to try to get them to smile. Even though our appointment was at the end of the day, she did not try to rush us and made sure we got all of the shots that we needed. Made appointment for me and my family. We arrived on time to be told it would be a hour wait because they over booked. The manager was a skinny mid 20 yr old guy that took our photos and for most part where off center. The photos where supposed to be professional quality but where horrible. We talked to an employee and she looked at photos and aggred to retake photos. While getting photos taking the manager was getting mad and acting immature about the situation.
