Wish we could leave negative stars honestly. We booked a newborn session with our toddlers. Our baby was a week old which I am 1 week postpartum. I was really looking forward to getting some nice pictures. We booked an appointment for Friday at 4pm my husband received a call a day prior to confirm the appointment and all the things. Friday comes and my husband receives a text message stating our appointment had been moved to 4:30pm which was perfectly fine. Did not receive the pictures that I chose. The girl would not listen to anything I wanted in the picture. Very pushy. Now I have to pay even more money to get the pictures I chose in the first place

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after years of being a loyal JCPenney Portrait Studio customer and current Perks member, I feel compelled to share my experience so others are aware. I have been taking family pictures at JCPenney since 2017, and my current Perks membership started last July and lasts for two years. Until recently, I had never experienced anything this upsetting. Tonight my family went to get Christmas photos taken. We did the shoot with Vivian… I wanted to take the time to leave a review personally for her. Her personality and attitude was everything. I highly recommend her services to anyone. We were a large group & that didn’t intimidate her. She kept everyone engaged!! Thank you again Vivian!!
