Tonight my family went to get Christmas photos taken. We did the shoot with Vivian… I wanted to take the time to leave a review personally for her. Her personality and attitude was everything. I highly recommend her services to anyone. We were a large group & that didn’t intimidate her. She kept everyone engaged!! Thank you again Vivian!!
THEEEEE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I DID NOT EVEN GET TO TAKE PICTURES! Kathy calls 2 hours before my shoot and tells me she has to reschedule me because they are “back to back” and I booked the day before. Why are times listed as available if there are no time slots left? People literally are booking same day and still are being considered to take pictures. I have been coming to this jcp portraits a long time. I have been getting pictures of my kids here for 16 years off and on. There have good photo sessions and bad. It depends on who is shooting and how much experience they have or how much they are asking what we want and engaging with my kids. We came for a family Christmas photo session and had a very disappointing experience with JCPenney Portrait Studio (Lifetouch). As many other reviewers have shared, our original appointment time was moved without anyone asking if that time worked for us. Regardless of it not being an ideal time for us, we arrived on time for our photo session.
