The service is horrible. , the person who took the picture is Haley in both occasions. . she did not help in getting the children distracted for the picture. she did not help in getting the right posture. we was rushing us and has a unwelcoming face all the times, she looks mad. when you asked her a question she look as it bother her. Haley seen like she does not like her job at all, and she is there only for the paycheck. We had an appointment at 5, we arrived 20 minutes early, we were told one party was ahead of us. 3 parties later, all came in after us were taken and we were still ignored. Then a couple came in with their children under age of 1, and the poor kids had to be put through another session. Thankfully for the parents the kids were in good moods. At 6 :15, over an hour later, we were still being ignored, we walked out. So much for Christmas cheer at JC Penney picture studio.

I had a wonderful experience with JCPenney Portraits so I wanted to leave this review for others to read. I cannot emphasize enough how great Haley the photographer was for my corporate head shot portrait session, she called me before I arrived to ask if there were any particular lighting or certain backdrop requirements. She was very attentive, directive with my poses and very professional during the entire process, she is passionate about her work and the results shows.
