I want to thank Daniel, the manager for the excellent service I received. He replaced a broken frame and repaired a frame I could not wear. He was polite, personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend penneys In wellington

I have visited this optometry office for my own eyesight needs and have received cordial service during my appointments, however, a recent phone conversation left me with an unsatisfactory interaction. I felt as if the inquiries and questions I was asking about were unimportant to the office personnel and was rushed when I was asked to clarify what it is that I want figured out (e.g. being interrupted before I can complete my sentences). Do yourself a favor and do NOT get glasses here. We ordered glasses 11/29/2022. I was told could be as long as 2 weeks. I have called this location 5 times this week and there is never an answer. I have left 5 messages. And they are a sub contactor so calling JC Penny itself is pointless.
