A huge thank you to Tracey who manages the Waco Optical department. Tracey is so friendly, approachable and patient. I received excellent one to one service. Tracey selected frames for me to try and gave her honest opinion of how they looked which is what you want. I went back several times before deciding and I never felt under pressure. JC Penney optical has excellent customer service. Tracy was super nice and helped me select the right eyeglasses for me. They have a good selection and the best prices compared to other opticals I have been. Highly recommend you choose them!
Great customer service! Always friendly and professional. I looked all around at different stores, this is the only one I found 2 pairs (and more) that I actually liked. They worked with my insurance. It's the first pair of glasses I've ever put on and they were perfect from the start. No adjustments needed. Perfect fit. Feel great. Lenses were perfect!!! Thank you!!
