Este lugar necesita mejorar, no llaman para decirte que tus espejuelos están listos. Ya ha pasado más de un mes y aun mis espejuelos no están listos esto es inaceptable. Y la empleada no hace bien su trabajo para nada. No vuelvo a comprar en este lugar.
My family and I have been going to this place for 20+ years. I never had an issue until Cesar left. Cesar returned our call within 24 hours and his customer service skills were excellent. We never had to call him to check if our glasses or contacts were ready for pick-up! I am truly disappointed with current management! They never answer the call.
