I decided to try JC penny optical after seeing their low prices online . Went into the store picked out a pair of glasses, told the man working there I’d be back . After going back in form the vacation he was on found a pretty pair of glasses, paid for them , not a bad price. Was told it would be a longer than (2 weeks average like most places ) after 7 weeks of waiting for my glasses, numerous phone calls , glasses never came . I had the pleasure of meeting Umberyo at JCPenney and Salem, New Hampshire and the second I walked in he said how may I help you? I said I’m looking for glasses. He got right up and picked out the perfect pay for me first pair. His customer service is amazing. He’s very pleasant and I think you should come and visit and get your new glasses.

Don’t do it !!! They will take your money and you’ll wait months with no explanation and just blown off from corporate and the store. Save yourself the trouble. Go elsewhere..
