The women here is pleasant but refused to do another pair of glasses because I returned a pair in stead of refusing service she could of put final sale so this place does not follow great customer service for jcpenny store
Dr. Kristopher kile is the best! He is so kind, and patient. I went in confussed about glasses and walked out with trial contact lenses. I changed my mind after the appointment and he welcomed me right back in telling me everything I need to know. He also was patient with me as I couldn't decided on which frame looked better as he was doing the exam. happy customer!
Dr Kyle is the best. He's thorough and very dedicated to his patients.
