I wondered why so many bad reviews and ask, apparently the person has been fired or at least is no longer with them. They treated me with absolute respect.. I will definitely go back there for all my Optical needs. The eye doctor and Shawna the girl out front were great..
Rude and unprofessional I'll never go back the person charged me 220.00 for 2 boxes of contacts I only ordered one over a month ago still never recieved them I want my money back

What should have been a simple experience of ordering and receiving contact lenses, I was faced with an unprofessional and rude associate with no knowledge of what is going on in the world of contact lenses. The associate informed me not to call everyday because he will call me when the contacts are in.
