I would give it less than one star if I could. This is the first negative review that I have ever written, but the service is so bad at this eye center that I really want to warn people not to bother to go there. Just called to get a pair of replacement glasses because I've lost my current once I spent 45 minutes on the phone while she tried to get her computer to work quote unquote. I am a college student,new in Carbondale, and needed an eye exam for contacts.They were extremely helpful when scheduling my appoint.And at the visit they were so friendly and helpful.They made me feel like more than just a customer.I wish I had an eye doctor like that back home. Thanks!
