I came here for an eye exam. Due to a promotion and it was very affordable. I had broke both of my glasses and it was time for a new exam.The doctor knew I was getting glasses and gave me a contact lens exam too. Mind you! The promotion was for an eye exam only! He did it without my knowledge . So when it came around to paying he try to charge me for a contact exam when I came to buy glasses only! Never again! Dr? Thomas is about the best optometrist I've every seen. I really like him.
Let me just say I love shopping at Jc Penny but their optical center is BAD. Slow service EVERY TIME and bad customer service. The employees never seem to smile or acknowledge your presence kindly. We have had MUCH better service at Walmart Vision center.
