Give my daughter bad prescription and couldn’t see well then when I return to solve this problem the doctor was rude while he recheck and told me nothing wrong in her prescription and advice me to change the kind of glasses and go to glasses store after he called the lady . At that time I felt they will scam me to pay more for changing the glasses so once I told them I’ll go to another place to check my daughter vision they solve the problem right way
I went in for glasses and contacts exam and was in and out within 15 minutes. Doctor was nice and so were the ladies. Just fyi, the actual doctor office is located outside the JC Penny. Overall great experience.
