I've been getting my glasses here for several years after the recommendation of a coworker, and I highly recommend. Richard, the optician, is genuinely helpful and educates me about my options. Richard also helps me understand how insurance works, and how to get the most out of my insurance. He printed out a "detailed" receipt for me that enabled me to submit an "out of network" claim to VSP, and I got a check for $128, making the glasses really affordable. The reason I switched to JCPenney Optical is because of the superior customer service. Nothing in Columbia compares.
Just got my new glasses and I am so happy! The Doctor and others were amazing! They were super helpful in helping me to understand the lenses and how to wear them, and my doctor explained my eye health in a way that I could understand. Oh and the price was perfect! I got a better quality lense and frame and paid at least $200 less then when i did at Lense Crafters. Very good place for a really good price and GREAT customer service!
