Not happy with the service! Defective frames replacing them is a joke!! Asked for a refund, they want to fix the issue! Well it's been a couple months now. Still waiting for replacement frames. Good luck getting good customer service! Definitely will not go back here for glasses. First time trying them and it will be the last. I love shopping at JC Penney I have great customer service in many other departments. Just not the optical department!!! Very disappointed!! No we are looking at November here real soon. I bought a pair of reading glasses years ago. Recently one of the lenses popped out and a nose pad fell off, so I popped the lens back in (sort of) and put the nose pad back on (albeit backward) and then I noticed a screw was missing alotogether. Needless to say, I was no longer able to wear them so I brought them in and Janine fixed them for free. They actually fit better now than they did when I first bought them. Great service snd Janine was wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend them to all.
