always have good sales At JcPenny you can get your hair done, nails done, and shop all in the same place! A woman's dream! Throughout the store there is always some type of sale going on, and the prices are good. So, if you are looking for a good sale, or just a relaxing time to get away, Penney's is it!
So big This JC Penney store is not attached to a mall. I was surprised at how large this store was. Although the building itself was old, I found the selection of housewares and clothing was much better than at other similar department stores. They also had a shoe department which I thought was larger than other departments stores. I loved their sale that day on home accessories.
