I picked out glasses, waited 15 minutes, and after no one was there to help me make my purchase I called the office, and listened to the phone ring. No one answered, so I walked out and purchased my glasses from somewhere else.

I was very disappointed by my visit to buy a new pair of glasses: not only was the waiting time very long to order the glasses and after 2 weeks, when my glasses were finally ready, it appeared that they messed up the prescription... I was then assured that they would remake them in express mode so I only had to wait another... 3 weeks!! When I asked them to check the prescription before trying them on, they were bold enough to tell me that they wouldn't have called me if they hadn't checked the prescription...
