Both of my daughters have been here for exams and glasses. No issues with one. However, my youngest daughter's glasses didn't fit well. We returned for an adjustment, they had her pick out a different pair (at no charge). They exchanged her new glasses, found her a frame that fits perfectly! Great service!
I had a great experience. The Optician was thorough and patient with my 10 year old. The staff was wonderful, both in helping my daughter with choosing her glasses and guiding us to the end of the service. I would definitely recommend them.
