I had a terrible experience with JCPenney Optical. The glasses I purchased from them did not fit properly at all. They would constantly fall off my face, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to make multiple trips back to the store, at least four times, just to have them refitted. To make matters worse, the solution they provided was absurd. Dr. Bobeczko and staff are wonderful. Very thorough and helpful. Been going here a few years, never disappoints.
The doctor was super nice and thorough - I got in and out pretty quickly! Kim spent time helping me pick out the right frames as well. Overall an excellent experience and I'm happy with the glasses I purchased. Will visit again!
