I had a terrible experience with JCPenney Optical. The glasses I purchased from them did not fit properly at all. They would constantly fall off my face, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to make multiple trips back to the store, at least four times, just to have them refitted. To make matters worse, the solution they provided was absurd.
